Private classes

Red Bird Press offers private classes for beginners to advanced artists who want to build skills in the following book arts disciplines of printmaking, letterpress, and bookbinding. Instructors design a curriculum to fit the needs of each student. These classes can count as pre-requisites for advanced level workshops.

Cost: $50/hr. All materials are provided.

Duration: Most private classes have a minimum duration of 3 hours; letterpress private classes have a minimum duration of 4 hours. Duration also depends on the complexity of the project and will be determined in advance in consultation with the instructor.

Cancellations: Cancellations and refund requests must be made a minimum of three days (72 hours) prior to the reserved date by emailing chirp@redbirdpresshtx.com. Red Bird Press reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time for a full refund.

Booking: Complete the form below, describe your learning objective with as much detail as possible, and provide three (3) preferred dates and times. PLEASE NOTE: We require a minimum of 14 days of advance notice for a private class request.
